- Paint styrofoam balls using a mixture of white paint and sparkles. Let dry.
- Insert toothpick into the large styrofoam ball and place the smaller ball on top.
- Secure styrofoam balls and base with white glue. (We used Aleene's Original Tacky Glue)
- Add buttons, fabric, ribbon, eyes and pom pom's to accent.
