You will need:
- Paper towel
- Scissors
- Markers
- Water
- Sponge or paint brush
First, cut a rainbow shape out of paper towel. Colour rainbow design using thick marker strokes. Next "paint" over the paper towel - watch as the colours blend together! When dry, can be hung in a window, or mounted on cardstock. Add cotton balls as clouds if desired.
